Putting Together the Whole Story by Listening Carefully to the People who Helped Make History
“You have to keep talking to people who have been involved in civil rights,” Professor Clark Kelso says about how to “connect the dots” and understand the relationships of time and events to create change in the present.
Professor Kelso is a leading expert on the judicial system, prison reform and policy and an outspoken advocate for human rights.
We are grateful to him and to Dr. Kari Kelso of the Justice Anthony M. Kennedy Library and Learning Center and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for hosting us.
The Learning Center promotes public understanding of our judicial process and civil education through student participation.
