Juliia Bowden shares her experience and insights with our youth and staff in an online leadership seminar

Transforming “I” into “We” and Putting the Work of Social Change Before Ego.
We are grateful to Juliia Bowden for sharing her experience and insights with our youth and staff in an online leadership seminar. The conversation focused on the importance of communication, of transforming ourselves to create social change and how “front end” and “back end” work are equally necessary in organizing.
Juliia Bowden serves as the Controlled Substance Auditor for UC San Francisco Health Systems. She has worked in the pharmacy industry for 30 years, during the last 19 years of which she has established and maintained controlled substance quality and compliance programs.
ICL continues to increase our online classes and sessions during COVID-19. We are bringing experts from around the world with feet-on-the-ground experience in organizing, civic engagement and public service together with our youth and staff.
This is an excellent time to study the relevance and importance of transforming ourselves to make change in the world.
