The evening will be hosted by Barbara Lee and Elihu Harris and includes historic and recent film and photos.
Congressman Lewis and the Freedom Center enjoyed a long and close relationship. Our youth leaders visited with him annually during the Congressional Civil Rights Pilgrimages held every spring under the auspices of Congressman Lewis and the Faith & Politics Institute. Our delegation has been invited and led by Congresswoman Barbara Lee and the Freedom Center’s Dr. Karen Bohlke for more than 12 years.
