We are grateful in so many ways to Phillip Martin of the Quinault Nation for hosting us this week during our To Us, You Matter Civic Engagement Tour. Phillip was with us daily as a guide and, as a fomer ICL board member, part of our group.
One of many memorable moments was his generously imparting wisdom and stories at the mouth of the beautiful Quinault River where it meets the Pacific Ocean.
